Movie Brain JS 1.0 - Movie Title Generator is a brainstorming tool. It helps you come up with titles and ideas for movies. With a little imagination and this tool you are sure to get over your writers block.

Many years ago I wanted to make a horror movie. During my brainstorming session to come up with plots titles and characters. I got the idea to take a list of horror movies and have software generate a bunch of random titles. In that script I had it just choose from 1-7 words at random and would generate them 100 at a time. It worked really well. The title that I settled on was Reanimation Vermin. A story about a madman who tries to make an army of zombie squirrels.

This current incarnation of the tool is a tad more sophisticated. It is written in javascript, has over 10 databases, and uses a template engine to generate better titles.

The data for the movie titles was collected from Wikipedia's lists of movies.
